Seagulls Compared to Rats

City officials are debating on whether or not there should be a substantial increase in controlling seagulls around the city area. The majority comprised of the Independent Party and The Progressive Party have declared that they will go on with these plans, which are to exterminate the seagulls with poison and shooters, despite the fact that talks have been delayed.
