Eiður Smári with Barcelona in Denmark

Icelandic footballer and team member of European Champion's Barcelona Football Club, Eiður Smári Guðjohnsen and his fellow team members arrived in Arhus, Denmark yesterday, where their preparation and rehearsals for coming season begins. The team will stay four days in Arhus. On Friday Barcelona will play their first game this season against the locals. The same teams competed one year ago and Barcelona won 4 - 0. The European champion's visit to Arhus caused some stir and locals heartily greeted the visitors. The first practice takes place today and a big audience is expected.
